FREDERICKSBURG, Va., 02/16/2023 – Riphean Founder and President Joel Griffin participated as a guest speaker for a VIP Q&A session at the Capitalize Your Best “Breaking the $250K Barrier” event hosted by Capitalize Marketing & Consulting. The 2-hour event was led by Capitalize Marketing and Consulting Chief Executive Officer Gordon Duncan and attended by local small business leaders. All proceeds from the VIP session were donated to Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation.
The VIP session was focused on positioning businesses for growth. Throughout the session, Griffin shared his experiences in starting, growing and exiting small businesses as well as insights gained from his most recent venture, Riphean, a growth management firm. The Q&A session with Griffin followed the seminar.

The event was one of several over the past few months where Griffin has been featured as a guest speaker. Previously, he has spoken at the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce about Riphean’s portfolio, investment thesis and future plans.
