FREDERICKSBURG, Va., Oct 18, 2021 – Riphean Investments was proud to support the AFCEA Quantico Potomac Chapter’s annual Golf Tournament last week. The firm participated in the tournament as a sponsor with two foursome groups, including Riphean Investments’ Partner Joel Griffin, Partner Brian DeMuth and Senior Controller Autumn Noltee. The golf tournament was held at Augustine Golf Club in Stafford, Va.

The event benefits aspiring young students in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. “Sponsoring organizations like AFCEA is central to Riphean Investments’ mission,” said Partner Joel Griffin. “By supporting local youth in STEM, we are investing in future leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.”

The AFCEA Quantico-Potomac Chapter awards High School Senior scholarships, and Undergraduate scholarships to outstanding students from the Prince William County, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County Virginia area, including Marine Corps Base Quantico, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park and City of Fredericksburg. The organization also provides educational grants to local schools to promote effective science teaching and to enhance the abilities of capable teachers in secondary schools in the United States.
