FREDERICKSBURG, Va., August 22, 2023 – Riphean Investments is delighted to announce that Victor Fuster, Vice President of Operations, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Fredericksburg Military Affairs Council (MAC). Fuster’s exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering dedication to supporting the military community and national defense make him a valuable addition to this esteemed board.

With over twenty years in government contracting, Fuster brings a vast reservoir of expertise to the Fredericksburg MAC board. Prior to joining Riphean Investments, Fuster led a portfolio for SAIC, a Fortune 500 technology integrator supporting senior government clients at the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (R&E) and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S). He also previously served as Director of Defense and Intelligence Services for Quantitative Software Management (QSM), a DC-based boutique consulting firm, where he helped grow their family business and led a client portfolio across government agencies, military services, industry leaders, top consulting firms and small businesses.
Currently, Fuster serves as the Board President for Stafford Soccer and as a member of the Stafford County Board of Education Technology Advisory Committee. He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Catapult Consultants, a small business with a Top Secret facility clearance that specializes in the convergence of cyber threat and data analytics services.
